Account Registration
To access the full range of services available on l89login, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals aged 18 and above. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. l89login reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information held on your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
Only one account per individual is permitted on l89login. Players found to be operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — will have all associated accounts suspended. Any balances, winnings, or bonus funds held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify l89login support immediately. We will take prompt action to secure your account pending investigation.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
l89login operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, access any real-money game, place any bet, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on the l89login platform. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced through our KYC verification procedures.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Where l89login has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder may be under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend that account and conduct a formal age verification check. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspended age verification may be withheld pending the outcome of that check.
In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all players on l89login:

Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on l89login are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the discretion of l89login.
Deposits are credited to your l89login account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In the event that a deposit is not reflected in your balance within ten minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practice. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- A valid KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours.
- Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank complete within one to two business hours.
- l89login does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
l89login reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or cancel any withdrawal where it has been determined that the associated account has breached these Terms, where the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation, or where the payment is suspected to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarification.
Section 5
Bonus Terms
l89login offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the BPL cricket season, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers on l89login:
- Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
- Time Limit: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date they are credited. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
- Maximum Bet: When playing with an active bonus, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is still active is not permitted.

User Obligations
As a registered player on l89login, you accept the following obligations and agree to comply with them at all times during your use of the platform:
- Accurate Information: You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. You will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
- Lawful Use: You will use the l89login platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of any prohibited activity.
- No Automated Play: You will not use any software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, script, or automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
- No Collusion: You will not collude with other players or act in concert with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on l89login.
- Responsible Conduct: You will treat l89login staff and other players with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or offensive communications directed at support agents or other users will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
- Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your l89login account belong to you personally and are from a legitimate and lawful source.
- No Chargebacks: You will not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to l89login without first raising the matter through our formal dispute process. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action.
Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
l89login reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
- Operation of multiple accounts or participation in any form of collusion.
- Use of automated tools, bots, or cheating software.
- Abusive behaviour directed at l89login staff or other players.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Non-compliance with an age verification request.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, l89login will communicate with the player via their registered email address. The player will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification or documentation before a final decision is made regarding permanent closure.

Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect platform availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l89login shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- Any interruption or cessation of platform services, whether caused by planned maintenance or unforeseen technical failure.
- Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- Any third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even where l89login has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. l89login is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
